UX Strategy
With the qualitative and/or quantitative data in hand, I am able to strategize and plan for execution. Business requirements are gathered, timelines are confirmed and wireframing has started.
UX Design
This is the fun part! We can then start to execute prototypes that follow brand identity guidelines, solve online visitor problems, meet business requirements and collaborate with all involved teams.
Content Management
Understanding how to use the many Content Management systems is vital to a UX enhancement or re-design. Making sure all tools speak to each other and can be used by the client to make simple updates is also part of the process. Advice and maintenance goes into the plan.
Digital Marketing
Aligning Social Media, CMS tools and email marketing with the brand identity, compliance and guidelines is typically also part of strategic planning and being cognizant of how they may need to change along with your new web changes.
Development
Close communications with back end developers is key. I have experience working with internal I.T. teams, domestic and offshore vendors. Understanding their jargon and project managing is key to a successful project deployment.
